Beacon Falls Public Safety Day
December 2023- We had a wonderful time with Beacon Hose Co. No. 1 and Beacon Falls Police Department hosting our first ever sensory friendly public safety day!
It was so great to meet members from Beacon Falls and surrounding communities! Our event attendees were not only able to explore the fire trucks, ambulances and police cruisers but meet fire responders personnel and even K9 Echo!
We continue to be grateful for communities like Beacon Falls that have fully embraced the Linked- Autism Safety Project and continue to enhance the communication & collaboration. Thank you to Corporal Piccirillo for helping us to organize this event and to Beacon Hose for allowing us to visit your house!
West Haven Fire Expo & Public Safety Day
October 2023 - Spent the day at West Haven's Fire Expo and Public Safety Day!
It was great to share our program with the community, meet some amazing individuals that can benefit from our program and of course, hang out with Sparky!

Invitation & Meeting at State Capitol
September 2023- Collaboration is not only key....it is everything!
Today our program was invited to the CT State Capitol to share the work we have been doing and the relationships we have built.
Alongside North Branford Police Department, Beacon Falls Police Department, Watertown CT Police Department and Sun, Moon & Stars,
Inc, we were able share our collaborative efforts to successfully support members of first responder and autism communities.
Thank you to Eric Berthel State Senator 32nd, Senator Paul Cicarella and Senator Lisa Seminara for your time and support. We look forward to our continued work together!
Watertown Public Safety Day
August 2023- Connecting with one of our community partners is one of our favorite things!
Thank you the Watertown CT Police Department for the invitation to their annual Public Safety Day! We met some amazing community members, were able to provide some of our LINKED families with their emergency planning folders and we had a front row seat to the helicopter landing and take-off!
Such a great community and looking forward to continued work together!
Beacon Falls Touch a Truck
August 2023- Beacon Falls Touch a Truck event was a great day!
We were thrilled to connect with the community, bring awareness and education and even provide our program's registration forms to several families! We even got extra special kisses from Police K9, Echo!
